About ECS Tech Inc

ECS Tech Inc is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle Developer to join our team in Washington, DC. You will support top law enforcement organizations by maintaining and enhancing identity management solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, implement, and maintain Oracle IDM systems.
  • Collaborate with senior developers and technical leads.
  • Develop and engineer identity management software workflows.
  • Perform patching and system updates on Oracle, Windows, and Red Hat Enterprise Linux.
  • Script using Bash, PowerShell, Java, and JSON.
  • Maintain Oracle products including OAM, OIM, OVD, and OID.
  • Transfer knowledge and train team members.
  • Review and automate existing procedures.
  • Configure and implement role and attribute based access control policies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Expertise in Oracle Identity and Access Management Suite.
  • Proficiency in Java/J2EE, web services (SOAP, REST), and Oracle/SQL.
  • Experience with user provisioning, SSO, and RBAC models.
  • Familiarity with scripting languages (PowerShell, Python) for automation.
  • Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Professional certifications in Oracle IDM or related fields are highly desirable.

Salary & Benefits
