Oracle Developer (IdAM) Opportunity at ECS Tech Inc

ECS Tech Inc is seeking a highly skilled Oracle Developer to join our Washington, DC office. In this role, you will support the world’s finest law enforcement organization by enhancing identity and access management (IdAM) systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and enhance Oracle Identity Management systems.
  • Collaborate with senior developers and cross-functional teams.
  • Implement and maintain Oracle IDM products including OAM, OIM, OVD, and OID.
  • Develop and automate identity management workflows and processes.
  • Perform patching, system updates, and maintain technical documentation.

Required Qualifications

  • Current Top-Secret Clearance, with SCI/CI-Poly eligibility.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Expertise in Oracle Identity and Access Management Suite and IDM solutions design.
  • Proficiency in Java/J2EE, web services (SOAP, REST), Oracle, and SQL.
  • Experience with scripting languages such as Bash, PowerShell, and Python.

Additional Information

In this role you will work on complex identity management challenges, including user provisioning, single sign-on (SSO), and role-based access control (RBAC) models. You will also document engineering designs and provide hands-on training to team members.

Salary Range: $155,776 - $165,224
