Job Overview
ECS Tech Inc is seeking a Junior Change Management Analyst to work in our Fairfax, VA office. Join our team to help build the next-generation Continuous Diagnostics and Mitigation (CDM) Cyber data solution. This role supports CISA’s efforts to strengthen the cybersecurity posture of Federal agencies.
Role & Responsibilities
The successful candidate will assist in implementing organizational change initiatives for the CDM Data Services solution per DHS requirements. Responsibilities include:
- Analyzing current processes and identifying areas for improvement
- Developing strategies for successful change management
- Implementing change management processes in a government environment
- Providing training on IT change management best practices
Qualifications
- US Citizenship with eligibility for DHS Public Trust
- Experience with change management processes and techniques
- Familiarity with controlled artifacts and standard CM control processes
- Knowledge in system architecture, IT release management and configuration management
- Experience with source control tools and repositories
- Understanding cyber security domains including governance, risk, compliance, and network security
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Work Environment
Work in a dynamic, fast-paced, and highly collaborative environment using the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). Continuous learning and improvement are essential in this role.
