Field Service Engineer III
ECS Tech Inc is seeking a Field Service Engineer III to work in our Norman, OK office.
Job Responsibilities
- Install, troubleshoot, and maintain products/equipment.
- Train employees and develop preventive procedures.
- Identify, analyze, and repair product failures.
- Create lifecycle support documentation including maintenance and safety procedures.
- Recommend products or services that fit customer needs.
- Utilize a variety of field concepts, practices, and procedures.
- Plan and accomplish goals using experience and judgment.
- May lead and direct work of others.
Qualifications
- 4-6+ years of experience in the field or related area.
- US citizen or Green Card Holder with ability to obtain Public Trust clearance.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Willing to travel up to 20% for training and site visits.
- Availability for off-hours calls for urgent issues.
- Experience drafting/updating technical documentation.
- Skilled in maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of machines and equipment.
- Knowledge in mechanical, electro-mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems, including PLC systems.
- Strong communication skills for technical guidance and failure analysis.
- Ability to coordinate with internal and external customers.
- Understanding of life-cycle support methodologies and basic industrial control systems.
