Overview
ECS Tech Inc is seeking a Field Service Engineer II to join our team in Norman, OK. In this role, you will install, troubleshoot, and maintain products and equipment while training employees and ensuring operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Install and maintain products and equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair product failures.
- Develop procedures to prevent equipment issues.
- Create life cycle support documentation, including safety and maintenance procedures.
- Recommend products or services tailored to customer needs.
- Communicate technical guidance and failure analysis effectively.
- Coordinate with internal and external customers to resolve issues.
- May lead and direct work of others when required.
Qualifications
- 2-4+ years of experience in the field or related area.
- US Citizen or Green Card Holder eligible for Public Trust clearance.
- Bachelor's degree in related specialty, or equivalent experience.
- Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.
- Availability for occasional off-hours support calls.
- Experience drafting/updating technical documentation for machinery.
- Familiarity with maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting mechanical, electro-mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems.
- Knowledge of Programmable Logic Control (PLC) systems.
- Understanding of life-cycle support methodologies and industrial control concepts.
