Job Overview
ECS Tech Inc is seeking a Developer to work in our Stafford, VA office. This developer will support a program providing application design, development, enhancement and implementation support to mission critical law enforcement applications.
Primary Responsibilities
- Design and develop testable code using C#, HTML, Blazor, and Entity Framework
- Develop and maintain unit and integration tests
- Participate in Agile sprint planning, retrospectives, and team demos
Qualifications
- US citizen with active Secret clearance
- 1+ years of software development experience, preferably with C# and .NET
- Experience with unit testing frameworks such as NUnit or xUnit
- Experience in relational database design using SQL Server
- Familiarity with web-based application development (HTML, CSS)
- Experience with RESTful APIs and service development
- Agile team experience using methodologies like SCRUM, XP, or Kanban
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or GitHub
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Certified Scrum Developer (CSD) certification required within 8 months
