Oracle Developer at Oracle Developer

ECS Tech Inc is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle Developer to join our organization in Washington, DC. The role supports the world’s finest law enforcement organization, helping agents, analysts, and professionals with technology to fight terrorism, espionage, cyber-attacks, and major criminal threats.

Role Overview

In this role, you will work closely with senior developers and technical leads to design, develop, implement, and maintain our Oracle Identity Management (IDM) system. You will contribute to evolving our IDM infrastructure by collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver effective identity and access management solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Execute technology frameworks and 7-10 year technology roadmaps.
  • Document technical engineering designs, approaches, and strategies.
  • Develop/engineer identity management software workflows and COTS software configurations.
  • Perform Oracle, Windows, and Red Hat patching and system updates.
  • Script in Bash, PowerShell, Java, and JSON.
  • Verify software scripts and data synchronization processes.
  • Maintain Oracle IDM products including OAM, OIM, OVD, and OID.
  • Provide knowledge transfer and training to team members.
  • Review procedures and implement efficiency improvements and automation.
  • Configure and implement Role and Attribute Based Access Control Policies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Expertise in Oracle Identity and Access Management Suite (OIM, OAM, OUD, OVD).
  • Proficiency in Java/J2EE, web services (SOAP, REST), and database technologies (Oracle, SQL).
  • Experience in complex IDM solutions including user provisioning, SSO, and RBAC.
  • Familiarity with scripting languages such as PowerShell and Python.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
  • Professional certifications in Oracle IDM or IAM-related fields are desirable.

Salary and Benefits

Salary Range: $173,112 - $183,221. General Description of Benefits
