Job Overview

ECS Tech Inc is seeking a Developer to work in our Stafford, VA office. This developer will support a program providing application design, development, enhancement and implementation support to mission critical law enforcement applications.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Design and develop testable code using C#, HTML, Blazor, and Entity Framework
  • Develop and maintain unit and integration tests
  • Participate in Agile sprint planning, retrospectives, and team demos

Qualifications

  • US citizen with active Secret clearance
  • 1+ years of software development experience, preferably with C# and .NET
  • Experience with unit testing frameworks such as NUnit or xUnit
  • Experience in relational database design using SQL Server
  • Familiarity with web-based application development (HTML, CSS)
  • Experience with RESTful APIs and service development
  • Agile team experience using methodologies like SCRUM, XP, or Kanban
  • Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or GitHub
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • Certified Scrum Developer (CSD) certification required within 8 months
