Overview

ECS is seeking a Business Financial Analyst to support DARPA, based in Arlington, VA. This critical role provides comprehensive financial and administrative support to Program Managers and the agency.

Programmatic Support

  • Assist Program Managers with budget development, forecasting, and expense tracking.
  • Prepare and manage financial documents like OTAs, grants, and contracts.
  • Track program milestones and ensure compliance with funding agreements.
  • Monitor program performance metrics and report insights.

Financial Management

  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts.
  • Analyze financial data and identify risks and opportunities.
  • Prepare financial reports and presentations for stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with Federal regulations and agency policies.

Administrative Support

  • Manage contracts and awards, and coordinate with contracting officers.
  • Organize program meetings and workshops.
  • Prepare correspondence and presentations.
  • Manage travel and program expenses.

Collaboration

  • Work with a diverse team including Program Managers, scientists, and engineers.
