Global Bioquell Marketing Manager
Ecolab Life Sciences is seeking an innovative Marketing Manager for the Global Bioquell Equipment & Services Portfolio. This role is focused on driving double-digit percentage growth and profitability through strategic leadership, partnership acceleration, and sales activation.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute short and long-term marketing strategies.
- Drive growth through innovative pipelines and strategic industry partnerships.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, R&D, and other teams globally.
- Provide marketing support including sales tools and training content.
- Maintain up-to-date market knowledge to inform business decisions.
Minimum Qualifications
- Post-graduate degree in Marketing or science (chemistry, microbiology); MBA preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of marketing experience.
- At least 8 years in the pharmaceutical industry with capital equipment sales experience.
- Proven ability to lead global marketing initiatives.
- Excellent communication, attention to detail, and leadership qualities.
Location
This position is available in Horsham, PA or Andover, UK.
