Leasing Consultant

ECI Group is currently hiring an experienced Leasing Consultant to oversee leasing results and strategy at The Corwyn Conyers in Conyers, GA. This role is a critical member of our onsite community team focused on marketing and leasing apartments while providing exceptional customer service to residents and prospective residents.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive the sale by showcasing community and apartment lifestyle
  • Assist prospects with application qualification and screening
  • Prepare apartments for move-in through inspections and key issuance
  • Deliver exceptional resident service to maintain retention
  • Manage and track marketing strategies, advertising and promotions
  • Participate in resident functions and ECI-hosted events
  • Assist in the turn process and walk vacant units
  • Support other locations as assigned by management
  • Respond to resident and inquiry requests, ensuring problem resolution

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum of 1 year leasing experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Knowledge of Fair Housing and ADA compliance
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work flexible schedules (including Saturdays)
  • Ability to tour communities including walking and climbing stairs

Additional Qualifications

Previous leasing/sales and customer service experience is a plus.

Physical Activities and Work Environment

This role requires frequent on-foot activities, climbing stairs, and may involve working in various weather conditions.
