Echelonn is one of the fastest growing and most exciting Google Ads Agencies. Led by founder & CEO Jackson, the team builds high-converting landing page experiences engineered to maximise Google Ads performance.
Role & Responsibilities
As a Landing Page CRO Specialist, you will apply performance ownership in the landing page production process. You will collaborate with designers on structure, hierarchy and flow, conduct customer research, identify weak messaging and friction, analyze post-launch behavior, perform quality control, transform insights into repeatable templates, and raise the CRO standard across the design team. You will also conduct CRO audits for client websites.
Required Experience
- 3+ years in CRO with landing page optimization focus
- Strong DTC / eCommerce experience
- Deep understanding of user psychology and buyer awareness
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Clarity and GA4
- Experience in spotting weak copy and conversion friction
- Fluent English and excellent communication skills
Nice to Have
- CXL Certification
- UI/UX knowledge
- Understanding of Google Ads and design skills
- Experience with additional heatmap tools
- Experience with Shopify analytics
