Your Opportunity with ECG: Healthcare Analyst Class of 2026
As a full-time analyst, you will work alongside industry professionals across ECG’s four divisions: Health System Performance, Medical Group Optimization, Payer Strategy & Contracting, and Strategy & Enterprise Growth. Gain diverse experiences, develop your expertise, and make a direct impact on healthcare delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive independent project streams.
- Analyze data, develop hypotheses, and recommend actionable healthcare solutions.
- Create high-quality client deliverables including PowerPoint presentations and Excel models.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and manage project plans.
- Engage in travel as required and work in a hybrid environment.
Our Expectations
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or related field with 0–4 years of professional experience. Prior internships or consulting experience are preferred. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word is preferred.
Job Locations & Arrangements
Available in Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Minneapolis, San Diego, or Washington, DC with a hybrid work schedule (minimum two days per week in office when not traveling).
Compensation & Benefits
The estimated base salary range is $80,000 to $93,000 annually, plus eligibility for annual incentive programs and comprehensive benefit plans including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, unlimited PTO, and wellness programs.
