Product Manager - Onboarding
As a Product Manager - Onboarding, you will join the Compliance Operations product team focusing on improving and scaling client journeys critical to risk and regulatory operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Accelerate rollout of compliance workflows for varied regions and customer types.
- Articulate the product value proposition and ensure KPIs are met.
- Own complex, regulated client journeys including onboarding, managing authorised contacts, and periodic KYC reviews.
- Collaborate with engineering on technical implementation details and data flows.
- Drive operational efficiency by streamlining and automating processes.
- Translate compliance policies into clear, executable workflows with audit trails.
- Partner with legal, compliance, ops, engineering, and product teams to localise workflows.
- Champion internal tool enhancements for onboarding and CLM analysts.
- Manage change effectively when introducing new product updates.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of product management experience in fintech, regtech, or complex B2B environments.
- Strong analytical and systems thinking skills.
- Experience in regulated workflows such as onboarding, KYC, AML, or fraud detection.
- Ability to simplify complex processes into clear deliverables.
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency in Agile methodologies.
