Commercial Analyst at Ebury

In this role, you will work within a global front office team focused on dealing and account management, reporting directly to the VP of Repeat Business in our London office. Your contributions will shape the future of cross-border finance while advancing your career in a fast-growing, high-performance environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Own Dealing Efficiency: Map problems and deliver process improvements.
  • Optimize routines such as pipeline reviews and logging actions.
  • Maintain up to date policies, SOPs, and tracking KPIs.
  • Provide in-depth analysis and feedback to senior management.
  • Organize local training programs on upsell techniques and API integration.
  • Champion overwatch performance updates and client churn metrics.
  • Drive Commercial AI adoption and transformation for global teams.
  • Manage documentation including Dealing Manual and Commission SOPs.

What You’ll Need

  • 3+ years of professional experience, preferably in financial services.
  • Strong academic or professional track record.
  • Self-starter with a proactive approach.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
