Revenue Operations Associate Role
Location: London Office - Onsite
Reporting to the VP of Repeat Business, you will work within the global front office team focusing on dealing and client portfolio management. This multifaceted role offers you a unique opportunity to make an impact in a fast-growing, high-performing business.
What You’ll Do
- Dealing Efficiency: Map problems and drive improvements in dealing processes, routines, and policies.
- Routine Optimization: Ensure pipeline reviews are scheduled, actions logged, and followed up.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs including the overwatch metric, analyzing client churn and upsell effectiveness.
- Training and Documentation: Organize local training programs and maintain up-to-date documentation such as the dealing manual and SOPs.
- Commercial AI Adoption: Support transformation efforts by integrating commercial AI to manage a large global dealing team.
- Analysis and Feedback: Provide in-depth analyses to Heads of Dealing, Country Managers and Dealers.
What You’ll Need
- 3+ years professional experience within financial services.
- Experience in front office roles or closely related sales operations positions.
- Strong analytical skills and a proactive, self-starting attitude.
- A track record of academic or professional achievement.
