Role Overview: Product Manager - Website

Join the Growth team in our London Office under a hybrid work arrangement (4 days in the office, 1 day remote) to lead the global rollout and continuous optimisation of Ebury’s new website. You will own the website’s strategy, roadmap, and performance while aligning cross-functional teams and regional stakeholders.

What You’ll Do

  • Run a Growth sub-domain with full accountability for performance and iteration.
  • Lead the global website rollout and go-to-market strategy.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships across marketing, compliance, sales, and engineering.
  • Partner with design teams to balance creative user experience with conversion objectives.
  • Drive experimentation, A/B testing, funnel optimisation, and continuous improvement.
  • Leverage data tools like Looker, Statsig, and Mixpanel to inform strategic decisions.
  • Ensure technical delivery with scalable, performant, and SEO-friendly web architecture.

What You’ll Need

  • 3+ years of Product Management experience, particularly with websites or digital channels.
  • Proven track record managing multi-market go-to-market launches.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Deep understanding of product-led growth, A/B testing, and digital experimentation.
  • Experience with CMS platforms like Webflow or WordPress.
  • Knowledge of web performance, SEO principles, and accessibility standards.
  • An agile mindset with cross-functional delivery experience.
  • Fintech or B2B SaaS background is a plus.
