Overview

As a Product Manager - Onboarding, you will join the Compliance Operations product team in London, working in a hybrid model (4 days in office, 1 day from home) to shape cross-border finance through improved client journeys.

Role Responsibilities

You will collaborate with a Staff Product Manager to accelerate the rollout of next-generation compliance and onboarding platforms. Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating staged delivery of compliance workflows across regions.
  • Articulating product value and ROI to stakeholders.
  • Owning high-impact client journeys like onboarding and periodic KYC reviews.
  • Ensuring technical thoroughness with engineering on APIs, data flows, and error handling.
  • Driving operational efficiency by automating complex, regulated processes.
  • Translating compliance policies into audit-ready workflows.
  • Collaborating with legal, compliance, ops, engineering, and product teams.
  • Championing tools for internal users to execute compliance processes.
  • Managing change and the introduction of new products internally.

What You’ll Need

A successful candidate has 3–5+ years of product management or operational product ownership experience, preferably in fintech or regtech. Essential skills include analytical and systems thinking, experience with regulated workflows (onboarding, KYC, AML, etc.), and a proven ability to translate complex processes into clear deliverables. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and excellent communication skills are also required.
