Your Opportunity

As a Sales Operations Specialist, you will support the sales team through key administrative tasks across the full Order-to-Cash process. Your role is vital in streamlining contract processing with DocuSign, coordinating paperwork with channel partners, and assisting cash closeout activities with Windsor. This remote position is available only for U.S.-based candidates (excluding U.S. territories).

What You'll Do

  • Manage and coordinate administrative tasks throughout the Order-to-Cash process.
  • Facilitate contract workflows using DocuSign ensuring timely document completion.
  • Manage paperwork and communications with channel partners for accuracy.
  • Assist in cash closeout processes in collaboration with Windsor.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer information, contracts, and sales documents.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders for product offerings and pricing setup.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer satisfaction teams for seamless support.
  • Enter channel partner sales orders and resolve discrepancies proactively.
  • Utilize internal systems for tracking progress and ensuring data integrity.
  • Stay updated on process changes and provide improvement feedback.

Your Team

You will work as a key member of the Sales Operations team, closely collaborating with about 25 Medical Sales team members, and engaging with the broader Sales and Marketing departments and channel partners. The team values flexibility and work-life balance and provides ample resources, training, and support for career growth.

About You

  • 3+ years of experience in sales operations or related administrative functions.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Familiarity with contract management tools such as DocuSign and CRM systems.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Detail-oriented and analytical with a commitment to accuracy and process improvement.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote, cross-functional environment.
