Your Opportunity
As an AI & Data Engineering Intern, you will work on supporting internal and external customer needs. You will collaborate with multi-functional teams, receive mentorship, and gain insight into EBSCO’s value-driven process. You will work with technologies including TypeScript, Java, and Amazon Web Services (AWS) to build and maintain backend services.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate with engineers, data scientists, and product partners to design and deploy AI-driven systems.
- Translate complex business problems into AI-ready requirements and user stories.
- Maintain, support, and enhance existing systems and platforms.
- Address technical debt and contribute to continuous improvement.
About You
You are pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science or a related field with a strong interest in AI, machine learning, or intelligent systems. You have experience with programming languages like Python or TypeScript, familiarity with ML frameworks, and proficiency in source code management tools such as git. Curiosity, collaboration, and a readiness to experiment are key.
