Your Mission
Drive meaningful traffic and revenue to our Shopify stores using non-obvious, scalable growth loops. Meta, Google, and classic SEO are already covered - your playground is everything else.
What You’ll Do
- Constantly devise out-of-the-box growth hacking methods and take action.
- Build and run experiments across Reddit, Snapchat, Pinterest, Quora, Discord, Telegram, niche forums, deal sites, newsletters and more.
- Manage affiliate programs, recruit partners, and optimize commissions and promo calendars.
- Ensure products are discoverable in AI surfaces such as shopping assistants and product knowledge graphs.
- Identify and test micro-channels with fast feedback cycles and clear hypotheses.
- Collaborate with brand, content, and performance teams to scale successes and phase out inefficiencies.
- Handle Shopify basics including creating/updating stores, installing apps, and connecting pixels and product feeds.
- Report experiment results succinctly from hypothesis to test, then learning and next move.
What You’ll Bring
Creative and independent thinking with a strong execution record, 2+ years of growth hacking experience with proven results, hands-on Shopify skills, and comfort working in international markets (global sites and some in Finnish).
