We are seeking an experienced and meticulous Technical Program Manager to lead and run complex technical projects. This role requires a proven technical background, outstanding organizational skills, and the ability to run multiple projects simultaneously within a large enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Management: Lead and be responsible for the planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with multi-functional teams, including IT, engineering, and business units, to ensure project success and alignment with organizational goals.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success and continuity.
• Reporting and Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation and provide periodic updates to stakeholders and senior management on project status, challenges, and achievements.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance program efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical program management, with a proven track record of managing complex technical projects in large enterprise environments.
• Technical Expertise: Solid understanding of databases, cloud computing, data security, and enterprise IT operations.
• Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in project planning, execution, and reporting.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey sophisticated technical information to diverse audiences.
• Problem-solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.
• Certifications: Relevant certifications such as PMP, Scrum Master, or ITIL are a plus.

Additional Details

The base pay range for this position is expected in the range below:

$103,600 - $177,800

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable) in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as PTO and parental leave). Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.

If hired, employees will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
