Role Overview
As a Senior Staff Product Designer AI Shopping, you will work end-to-end across the buyer journey. Your role blends strategy with hands-on design craft; translating bold ideas into innovative design solutions, systems, and high-fidelity prototypes.
What You Will Accomplish
- Set experience direction for complex buyer initiatives with AI capabilities.
- Iterate rapidly to improve existing features and define long-term vision.
- Lead design from concept through high-fidelity execution and prototyping.
- Influence product and engineering strategy at a senior level.
- Drive coherence through durable design systems and patterns.
- Mentor senior designers and elevate design quality across teams.
What You Will Bring
- 12+ years of product design experience on multi-surface products.
- Expertise in design for ambiguous, high-impact problem spaces.
- Exceptional design craft with a strong portfolio of high-fidelity work.
- Experience designing intelligent, data-informed, AI-enabled experiences.
- Strong cross-functional and communication skills to influence decisions.
