Role Overview
The Copy Manager US CRM leads CRM campaigns for the U.S. market. You will develop and direct editorial strategy across CRM channels including email, push notifications, SMS, and more. This role focuses on guiding external creative agencies and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead U.S.-focused CRM marketing campaigns from briefing to delivery.
- Provide creative direction and editorial mentorship to agency partners.
- Collaborate with marketing, brand, product, and design teams.
- Ensure content is tailored to U.S. audiences and brand consistent.
- Review agency work and contribute to high-priority in-house projects.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize creative execution.
- Help evolve editorial standards and guidelines.
Qualifications
- 7+ years in a copy leadership role in ecommerce, tech or digital marketing.
- Proven experience managing agencies for campaign development.
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, English or related field.
- Strong portfolio of CRM campaigns across multiple channels.
- Excellent writing, editing and project management skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce, Braze, or Iterable; Adobe Creative Suite and FIGMA a plus.
