Overview
Eaton is an intelligent power management company dedicated to improving quality of life and protecting the environment. Within our Power Quality division, we provide power management solutions including UPS, surge protective devices, PDUs, remote monitoring, software, power factor correction, airflow management, rack enclosures and services. This role supports our mission by coordinating service invoicing and scheduling.
Responsibilities
As a Service Coordinator - Critical Power at Eaton you will:
- Develop strong relationships with customers and stakeholders both face to face and remotely.
- Support business development in contract renewals, new contracts processing, and renewals.
- Schedule technicians and service appointments to maximize productivity.
- Monitor and maintain proper workflow using ERP systems such as Salesforce and SAP.
- Track daily activities and answer calls with first call resolution focus.
- Operate under pressure with resilience and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications
Applicants should have at least 2 years of experience as a service coordinator. Experience with SAP or Oracle is advantageous along with strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
