About the Role: Product Manager Aftermarket

Eaton is seeking a dedicated Product Manager Aftermarket to lead product line strategies and drive profitable growth. This role can be based in Tczew or Bielsko Biała (Poland), or Montrottier (France), offering a unique opportunity to shape Eaton's market position in the aftermarket sector.

As the Product Manager Aftermarket, you will be responsible for the development and execution of all aftermarket product line strategies, including pricing, competitor assessments, and new product launches for assigned products. Your analytical skills will be crucial in developing and driving product strategies that enhance Eaton’s market position and identify opportunities for profitable growth. You will be accountable for growing aftermarket revenue, managing the product portfolio and life-cycle, optimizing margin, leading cost-out initiatives (VAVE), and achieving market share goals. Furthermore, you will manage projects and programs for aftermarket product launches, collaborating cross-functionally to ensure smooth execution and effective promotional activities.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute product line strategies, programs, roadmaps, and promotions to accelerate aftermarket growth, supporting annual Profit Plan (PP) and Strategic Plan objectives.
  • Drive the achievement of aftermarket product line profitability, revenue, margin, and cost-out initiatives.
  • Monitor sales and program success for product lines against Profit Plan and Forecast goals.
  • Participate in the annual Profit Plan and Strategic Plan development for assigned aftermarket products.
  • Communicate aftermarket needs with production functions in related plants and the global product strategy team to support growth initiatives, including cost targets, competitive intelligence, and portfolio needs.
  • Proactively address changing market conditions by identifying issues and developing recommendations to mitigate risks and achieve targets.
  • Lead competitive assessments, ensuring updated cross-references, product data, pricing strategies, and portfolio requirements to maintain a strong market position.
  • Collaborate with the marketing communications team to develop essential marketing collateral, such as catalogs, brochures, advertising, press releases, and sell sheets, to support strategy execution.
  • Lead the development of critical information required for online/digital presence, including weights, dimensions, photographs, product categorizations, and cross-references.
  • Attend aftermarket shows to communicate key messages and drive growth opportunities.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive project management plans that meet scope, schedule, and financial commitments while fostering effective cross-functional team dynamics.
  • Leverage program management standard work processes, tools, systems, and performance measures to ensure operational cadence, agility, and transparency during project execution.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in marketing, business, or engineering.
  • 5 years’ experience in successful implementation of Sales and Marketing/Aftermarket based initiatives, Product Management / Product Strategy, or Program Management.

Skills

  • Fluent in English.
  • Experience in Marketing and Sales / Aftermarket.
  • Knowledge of products: transmissions, clutch, torque, engine parts, hydraulics (nice to have).
  • Experience in automotive or electrical industries.
  • Solid Microsoft Office skills.
  • Program management skills, including standard tools like PMP/PMI certifications.
  • A results-oriented and highly adaptable person.
  • A supportive team player in a corporate and multicultural environment.
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve results.
  • Good written and verbal communication and influencing skills.
  • Ability to work in a cross-functional team.
  • Strong business acumen.
