Location

This role is based at our production site in Marolles-en-Brie, Val de Marne (94), in the Paris region with approximately 300 employees.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define manufacturing methods and operating procedures.
  • Industrialize new products and processes.
  • Pilot investment projects for automated control systems.
  • Implement performance indicators, value analyses, and process capability studies.
  • Participate in Lean initiatives and continuous improvement actions.

Candidate Profile

Ideal candidates are engineering graduates in Industrial Engineering or Mechatronics with at least 5 years of similar experience. Proven skills in methods, industrialization, production, continuous improvement, and project management are essential. You should be rigorous, proactive, adaptable, and possess leadership qualities.
