What you'll do
- Build and own relationships with key customers and channel partners.
- Learn and understand business models to develop and execute sales plans.
- Collaborate and leverage Channel to execute on business objectives.
- Canvas the market for insights and adjust to pricing and delivery requirements.
- Use corporate tools and business analytics for data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product lines and operations for customer-centric solutions.
- Lead technical presentations at customer forums and local technical associations.
- Work with factories to resolve technical and quality issues with customers.
- Assist the team in developing a coordinated sales effort and inform management of market conditions.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
- Minimum five (5) years of electrical industry sales experience.
- Valid and unrestricted driver’s license.
- Must currently reside within 50 miles of Salt Lake City, UT (Active-Duty Military Service members are exempt).
- Eaton will not provide immigration sponsorship or support.

- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- 7 + years of electrical industry sales experience.
