Eaton's ES AMER PCS division is currently seeking a Forklift Operator for their 2nd Shift. The core hours for this position are 2:30pm to 11:00pm.

Please note that the hourly rate for this position is $20.26/hour. This salary information is a general guideline only, as actual salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

What You’ll Do

• Operate powered industrial equipment in very close quarters.
• Lift up to 35lbs and climb ladders as required.
• Utilize RF scanners and computers to accurately complete inventory transactions.
• Efficiently receive and put away incoming product.
• Operate stretchwrap equipment, scales, and other related tools.
• Be responsible for the quality of your own work and perform safety inspections on forklifts.
• Execute waste and material management activities in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area, strictly following all safety rules and practices.
• Work collaboratively in a team-based environment to achieve Bussmann business objectives.

Qualifications

Basic (Required) Qualifications:

• Must have a high school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.

• No relocation benefit is offered for this position. Only candidates residing within the immediate area of Ellisville, MO (within 50 miles) will be considered.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience operating stand-up forklifts.

Position Criteria:

• Successful completion of electric pallet jack and forklift operator training.
• Possess basic math skills.
• Ability to stand, sit, and/or walk on a hard surface, as well as safely bend, stoop, and reach.
• Capable of physically strenuous activities requiring the ability to lift up to 35 pounds on a regular basis, and to bend or reach into awkward areas and positions.
