About the Role
Eaton's CPDI Division is seeking an Electrical Engineering Intern for an 8-month position in Toronto, ON, Canada, starting May 2026. This role offers an exciting opportunity to learn about Eaton’s Uninterruptible Power Supply Systems (UPS) business and the Canadian data center market.
As an Electrical Engineering Intern, you will be actively involved in creating CAD drawings, manuals, quotations, product brochures, and sales tools, working closely with the Projects/Quotations team.
Essential Functions
- Preparation of 3 phase UPS drawings using AutoCAD, including single line diagrams, outlines, and current ratings.
- Provide technical sales support for UPS systems.
- Review and modify existing sales tools to enhance efficiency.
- Adhere to Eaton’s Philosophy and Values, Code of Ethics, as well as Safety and Environmental standards, with a strong commitment to safety and cost improvement.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled or pursuing a college diploma or university degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada without company sponsorship.
- No relocation benefit is offered for this position. Only candidates residing within 120 kilometers of Eaton's Toronto, ON facility will be considered.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in AutoCAD.
- A student completing their final co-op placement.
