- Control project costs and margins, manage variations, and provide accurate financial forecasts.
- Act as a single point of contact for on-site implementation, including SAT scripts and commissioning.
- Ensure project success across safety, customer satisfaction, financial performance, and timing.
- Drive continuous improvement by sharing lessons learned and recommending better practices.
Qualifications

- Minimum 5 years of construction site management experience, ideally with hands-on Data Centre/Medium Voltage infrastructure projects.
- Experience in large industrial projects with automation and controls will be considered.
Skills
- Strong electrical engineering background and/or training in datacenter/medium voltage technologies and systems.
- Direct experience with Medium Voltage related Power Management, Power Control, Mission Critical, or Building Management systems is a plus.
- Professional level of English language; other European language knowledge is considered an advantage.
- Driving license and ability to work and travel within the EMEA region without any restrictions.
- Advanced-level expertise, preferably with knowledge of the datacenter industry or similar technologies.
- Proven ability to lead and manage internal and external teams effectively.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
What Eaton Offers
- Employment in a company with over 100 years of history, a leader in the energy industry.
- Commitment to Inclusion & Diversity and Sustainability.
- Annual mentoring program, Eaton University, and a reward and recognition system.
- Ongoing Learning and Career Development Opportunities in a global company with internal mobility.
- A strong, agile, and diverse team locally and globally.
- Strong processes and state-of-the-art systems and tools.
- Structured employee development processes, open feedback culture with development plans.
- Detailed induction support and well-structured onboarding.
- Work-life balance with a 100% remote worktime model (Note: This seems to contradict the hybrid requirement for Zaragoza, clarify with recruiter).
- Base salary, sales incentive, a company car, and other local benefits.
Location Details
