About the role
Creative Strategist & Copywriter
Easypeasy is a pioneer in the e-learning sector: we make English learning accessible, effective, and engaging. We are looking for a strategic mind capable of devising high-impact creative approaches. You will be the company's "idea factory": your task is to design the strategy and messaging that our Content Creators will transform into video content.
Your Impact
- Constant ideation of new formats for organic channels (TikTok, Reels, Shorts) and creative angles for paid advertising campaigns
- Scripting the structure for video ads (Meta, TikTok, YouTube), defining Hook, Beat, and Payoff
- Continuous research to anticipate trends and maintain a competitive advantage
- Developing multiple variations of each idea to test message effectiveness and optimize conversions (A/B testing)
- Working in synergy with the marketing team, content creators, and performance marketers to align creative output with business goals
Who we are looking for
- Proven portfolio in creative writing for advertising
- Ability to analyze ad metrics and use results to constantly improve content
- Strong result orientation and a desire to see your ideas translate into real enrollment volumes
- Fluent English and an open mindset toward international markets
- Previous experience (even junior) with UGC formats or in B2C / EdTech sectors (Nice-to-have)
