Responsibilities
- Splunk platform maintenance: monitoring, incident resolution, patches, and updates.
- L2/L3 technical support: troubleshooting, performance optimization, configurations.
- Administration & configuration: users, roles, data sources, forwarders, data retention.
- Optimization & development: dashboards, alerts, new use-cases.
- Consulting: architecture, best practices, documentation.
- Update management: evaluation, implementation, and testing of upgrades.
- Knowledge transfer: training and support for the client's team.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience with Splunk (implementation, administration, support).
- Experience in: Splunk SIEM / Splunk Enterprise Security, multi-site cluster environments, Windows & Linux, large data volumes (TB).
- Experience in large projects / public institutions (advantage).
- Minimum 1 relevant project demonstrably.
- Valid Splunk certifications (Admin / Architect etc.).
