Job Summary
As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will identify and qualify potential clients, manage outreach campaigns, and work closely with the sales and SDR team to hand off warm leads using research, automation tools, email, LinkedIn, and creative strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Research potential clients for outsourcing or virtual staffing.
- Manage outbound lead generation campaigns across multiple channels.
- Qualify leads using discovery questions and data validation.
- Utilize tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, and Hunter.io for prospecting.
- Maintain lead lists and manage outreach sequences in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with SDRs to ensure proper follow-up of leads.
- Track and report lead generation metrics and optimize conversion rates.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2+ years in lead generation, outbound marketing, or sales development.
- Strong communication and written English skills.
- Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Close, Pipedrive, etc.).
- Familiarity with prospecting tools like Apollo, Lemlist, Instantly, Clay, and ZoomInfo.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
- Tech-savvy and curious with a drive for continuous improvement in lead acquisition.
Nice to Have
- Experience in B2B sales or the SaaS/outsourcing industry.
- Understanding of AI/automation tools like N8n, Make.com, or Zapier.
- Previous remote work experience.
