Overview
The Client Service Associate at Eastern Bank plays a key role in delivering exceptional client service and operational support to high-net-worth clients. This role involves collaboration with Account Officers, Portfolio Managers, Operations, and Compliance teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
Client Relationship Support
Responsibilities include serving as the primary point of contact for client service inquiries, assisting with new client onboarding, maintaining accurate records in TMS, CRM, and EDMS, and supporting Account Officers to deliver a personalized client experience.
Operational and Administrative Support
Manage general transactions, account maintenance, coordination with internal teams, follow-up on client requests, preparation of client reports, and scheduling client meetings and internal calls. Also responsible for managing incoming mail and related office duties.
Compliance and Risk Management
Ensure all client interactions and documentation meet regulatory and internal standards, support KYC/AML reviews, periodic account updates, audit requests, and escalate any compliance issues appropriately.
Portfolio Management Coordination
Support Portfolio Managers by gathering data, preparing materials for client reviews, and communicating account activity and cash receipt requirements in support of trading.
Team Collaboration
Work closely with cross-functional teams, provide out-of-office coverage, and actively participate in team meetings, training sessions, and process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in financial services, client service, or administrative support.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- High attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Professionalism, discretion, and a client-first mindset.
