Position Summary
The Growth Engineering Team at EarnIn is seeking a Mobile Engineer iOS to shape how millions experience financial empowerment. You will join a collaborative team where your code, experiments, and vision directly impact member engagement from discovery to retention.
What You'll Do
- Build experiences that matter: Design and ship features to improve member discovery, onboarding, and engagement.
- Experiment fast: Collaborate with product and analytics teams to launch growth experiments.
- Collaborate deeply: Work with backend, design, and analytics to deliver end-to-end features.
- Code with quality: Write clean, testable Swift code using Swift Concurrency, Combine, and SwiftUI.
- Leverage AI and tooling: Utilize modern mobile tooling and AI-driven workflows for rapid development.
- Learn and grow: Contribute to best practices and learn from experienced engineers.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related field.
- 3+ years professional mobile development experience focused on iOS.
- Strong proficiency in Swift and modern iOS frameworks such as SwiftUI, Combine, and Swift Concurrency.
- Understanding of common iOS architectures (MVVM, MVP, etc.).
- Familiarity with code reviews, CI/CD, automated testing, and performance monitoring.
- A growth mindset with a passion for learning and rapid experimentation.
- Bonus: Experience with Android or interest in cross-platform development.
