Job Description
Host at Earls Kitchen + Bar
We are looking for welcoming Hosts to enhance our front door team. As a Host, you set the tone for every guest experience, from the first hello to the last goodbye. To put it simply, the restaurant wouldn’t run smoothly without you!
As a Host, you will:
- Create and maintain the flow of the restaurant. Ensure smooth guest entry to support our Culinary team and servers in delivering world-class service.
- Work with technology to enhance the guest experience. Utilize guest interaction technologies including Skip the Dishes, DoorDash, OpenTable, and more.
- Create authentic connections in every interaction. Elevate the guest experience through fun, engaging, and meaningful conversations.
- Be a problem solver and a supportive team player. Tackle challenges using your multi-tasking and communication skills, empowered to make decisions for you and your team members.

- The ability to legally work in Canada.
