Overview
The Marketing Manager at Ear to the Ground leads and optimises marketing strategies to elevate our agency brand and drive new business growth. Based in Manchester with a hybrid working model, this full-time role requires hands-on campaign execution and detailed tracking of KPI results.
Key Responsibilities
- Marketing Campaign Delivery: Lead and optimise marketing campaigns using Monday.com, HubSpot, and LinkedIn.
- Content & Channel Management: Own production and maintenance of agency content across digital channels including website and social media.
- Media & Events: Organise paid media campaigns, industry events and manage agency participation.
- Awards Submissions: Coordinate industry awards entries in conjunction with senior management.
- Reporting & Analytics: Track and analyse campaign performance and marketing spend for ROI and board reporting.
- Supplier & Partner Management: Manage external partners to ensure deliverables align with agency goals.
Key Requirements
Applicants should have experience in multi-channel marketing within creative or media agencies. The ideal candidate is hands-on, highly organised, analytical, and has a passion for music, sports, gaming, and entertainment. Familiarity with tools like Monday.com, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, and HubSpot is essential.
