The Role In Brief

EAB is seeking a Student Success Strategic Leader Pool Director to support our Navigate360 and Starfish technology partners. This role manages partner health, service strategy, renewals, and growth, while leading a team of Strategic Leaders and serving as the main point of contact for executive discussions across the pool.

Specific Responsibilities

  • Manage and report on partner health and service strategy across the pool.
  • Lead and develop a team of Strategic Leaders.
  • Identify renewal, growth, and upsell opportunities in collaboration with Sales and Account Management.
  • Prepare and facilitate virtual and onsite executive-level partner meetings.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address partner challenges and coordinate solutions.
  • Provide strategic guidance to partners aligning institutional goals with platform engagement for ROI.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% (valid Driver’s License)
  • Subject matter expertise in higher education student success
  • Ability to build and maintain executive client relationships
  • Strong prioritization and multi-tasking skills
  • Data-driven storytelling and problem solving abilities

Compensation & Benefits

The anticipated salary range is $92,500 - $115,000 per year with additional discretionary bonus or incentive compensation. EAB offers a competitive benefits package including medical, dental, 20+ days of PTO, retirement plans, and various wellness programs, among others.
