The Role In Brief
EAB is seeking a Student Success Strategic Leader Pool Director to support our Navigate360 and Starfish technology partners. This role manages partner health, service strategy, renewals, and growth, while leading a team of Strategic Leaders and serving as the main point of contact for executive discussions across the pool.
Specific Responsibilities
- Manage and report on partner health and service strategy across the pool.
- Lead and develop a team of Strategic Leaders.
- Identify renewal, growth, and upsell opportunities in collaboration with Sales and Account Management.
- Prepare and facilitate virtual and onsite executive-level partner meetings.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address partner challenges and coordinate solutions.
- Provide strategic guidance to partners aligning institutional goals with platform engagement for ROI.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Willingness to travel up to 30% (valid Driver’s License)
- Subject matter expertise in higher education student success
- Ability to build and maintain executive client relationships
- Strong prioritization and multi-tasking skills
- Data-driven storytelling and problem solving abilities

Compensation & Benefits
The anticipated salary range is $92,500 - $115,000 per year with additional discretionary bonus or incentive compensation. EAB offers a competitive benefits package including medical, dental, 20+ days of PTO, retirement plans, and various wellness programs, among others.
