Job Description

Digital Change Coordinator at e2e Project Excellence

Our client is seeking a Digital Change Coordinator to support their IT & Digital Portfolio. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to enterprise-wide digital initiatives while playing a key role in communications, change enablement, and continuous improvement.

Reporting to the IT & Digital Portfolio Change Lead, you will help drive digital engagement, maintain governance processes, and support adoption of new tools and platforms across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage digital communications for the IT & Digital Portfolio (intranet updates, content management, engagement tracking and analytics)
  • Monitor and report on digital engagement metrics and user interaction insights
  • Maintain PMO processes, procedures, templates and training materials
  • Provide change support across IT portfolio continuous improvement initiatives
  • Develop just-in-time learning materials including short video tutorials and how-to guides
  • Support the Change Team with communications and enablement activities

About You

  • Experience in digital change, communications or IT portfolio support
  • Strong written communication skills with the ability to translate technical information for business audiences
  • Experience maintaining governance documentation and PMO artefacts
  • Exposure to change management methodologies (e.g. Prosci, ADKAR) desirable
  • Comfortable using analytics to measure engagement and effectiveness
  • Experience creating short training videos or digital learning content advantageous
  • Australian Government security clearance preferred (or willingness to obtain)
