How You'll Help

  • Partner with leadership to implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Lead Learning & Development initiatives for continuous team growth.
  • Support career and succession planning for strong internal pipelines.
  • Collaborate with Talent Management to attract, develop, and retain top talent.
  • Guide managers on leadership, performance management, and employee development.
  • Provide expert counsel on employee relations and compliance.
  • Support compensation planning and execute HR policies.
  • Analyze HR metrics to inform strategic decisions and boost engagement.

What Will Make You a Good Fit

  • Minimum of 7 years in a HR Business Partner role; PHR/SPHR preferred.
  • Proven strategic partnership with senior leaders in high-growth settings.
  • Strong judgment and operational focus with a strategic mindset.
  • Solid grasp of multistate labor laws and excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and capability for virtual training sessions.

Salary & Application Details
