How You'll Help

- Guide managers on leadership, performance management, and employee development.
- Provide expert counsel on employee relations and compliance.
- Support compensation planning and execute HR policies.
- Analyze HR metrics to inform strategic decisions and boost engagement.
What Will Make You a Good Fit
- Minimum of 7 years in a HR Business Partner role; PHR/SPHR preferred.
- Proven strategic partnership with senior leaders in high-growth settings.
- Strong judgment and operational focus with a strategic mindset.
- Solid grasp of multistate labor laws and excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and capability for virtual training sessions.

Salary & Application Details
