Junior Referent Data Governance

Overview

The DZ BANK AG is searching for a Junior Referent Data Governance. In this role, you will work in the data quality management within a banking environment. You will contribute to the 2nd Line of Defense Data Governance function, ensuring high data quality for internal decision-making.

Responsibilities

You will:

• Collaborate with IT and business units to identify data quality issues.
• Prepare data quality reports for top management.
• Enhance processes and modern BI tools for DQ reporting.
• Guide the introduction and maintenance of bank-wide data SLAs.
• Support and advise on data agreement formulations with business stakeholders.

Your Profile

You should have a degree in business, business informatics, mathematics or a related field; relevant early career experience in finance or risk controlling is beneficial, along with curiosity for data quality management, a high attention to detail, and solid conceptual skills. Good comprehension of modern BI reporting solutions (e.g., Tableau) and strong German language skills are expected.
