About The Role
As a Digital Analyst E-commerce at Dyson, you will analyze and optimize online business performance across Southeast Asia. Collaborate with local e-commerce, marketing, regional commercial, and data teams to consolidate data, drive informed business decisions, and support sales growth across Dyson.com and third-party marketplaces.
E-Commerce Performance Ownership
- Data Consolidation and Optimization: Extract, process, and consolidate daily e-commerce KPIs. Analyze digital marketing channels including paid search, social, email, and affiliate to evaluate campaign effectiveness and ROI. Collaborate in planning sessions with sales, marketing, media, and retention teams.
- Data Visualization: Create and optimize interactive real-time dashboards using tools such as Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Adobe Analytics, Power BI, and Decibel.
Business Analysis
- Marketing Analysis: Support customer acquisition cost evaluation, A/B testing, and experimentation strategies. Provide customer behavior insights and optimization recommendations.
- Business Performance Forecast: Perform KPI forecasts for peak periods, analyze full customer journeys and market trends, and present actionable insights to stakeholders.
Key Success Measures
Success in this role is measured by achieving e-commerce sales targets, delivering clear insights through timely reporting, improving conversion rates, and fostering strong cross-team collaboration and stakeholder satisfaction.
About You
You should have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics or a related field with 2–3 years working in digital analytics, e-commerce performance, or marketing analysis. You need strong knowledge of analytics tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Power BI, or Tableau and proficiency in Excel with data visualization skills. SQL knowledge is a plus along with effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.
