Job Summary

The Field Service Engineer provides high-level on-site technical service and support to clients. Responsibilities include testing, diagnosing, repairing, and documenting services for all Dynex Technologies products either at the customer site or at the factory depot.

Key Responsibilities

  • Test, diagnose, and repair Dynex products.
  • Communicate effectively with customers for satisfaction.
  • Respond promptly to customer calls and emails.
  • Report daily status and service details to the team.
  • Maintain proper documentation and complete service reports.
  • Perform cleanup and manage expense reports and quotes timely.

Requirements

  • AS degree in electronic technology or equivalent.
  • 3 to 5 years of field service experience.
  • Ability to travel extensively (60-99%).
  • Computer proficiency in CRM/service software, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
