About the Role
At Dynatrace, you will join the Strato Design System team working on the foundation of the Dynatrace Platform. In this role as Sr Product Experience Designer Design System, you will play a key part in shaping the future of our system, focusing on design systems for complex enterprise software.
Your Responsibilities
- Develop and refine Strato components, patterns, principles, and libraries.
- Collaborate with design peers for consistency across products.
- Create and maintain documentation, mockups, and presentations.
- Work with product managers, developers, and designers to align system features.
- Advocate for design system adoption within the organization.
- Continuously improve the system using feedback and latest trends.
What Will Help You Succeed
- 5+ years UX/UI design experience with design systems.
- Expertise in interaction design, visual design, and data visualization.
- Strong portfolio showing complex design system projects using Figma.
- Solid technical understanding including coding fundamentals.
- Ability to work in agile environments and cross-functional teams.
