Your Role at Dynatrace
As a Senior Technical Writer, you will own and evolve documentation and content that supports the product vision and roadmap for Business Observability. You will collaborate with engineering, design, go-to-market teams, and engage with customers to clearly communicate technical information. Your documentation will help translate complex technical concepts into digestible, user-friendly guides that drive measurable business value.
- Own and refine documentation for the "Explore Business Events" app.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to capture product details.
- Translate technical data into clear user documentation.
- Engage with customers to refine and update content.
- Ensure documentation aligns with success metrics and product outcomes.
What Will Help You Succeed
Proven experience in technical writing or product management in SaaS, observability, or analytics domains is essential. A strong understanding of business event data and event-driven architectures is required. Familiarity with data ingestion pipelines, agile environments, and collaborative documentation tools is a plus. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are necessary to influence across functions and levels.
