About the role
Your Role at Dynatrace
As the Lead Partner Marketing Manager at Dynatrace, you will play a critical role in integrating technology alliances into our global Partner Marketing program, working closely with the Technology Alliances team to prioritize and develop key partnerships. You will establish the global marketing strategy for new strategic, and existing focus partners. Working across the Dynatrace and partner matrices, you will develop and manage long-term, integrated marketing plans to support business plans and achieve key metrics. A strong technical aptitude, and interest in tech innovation is critical for the role as you will be manage all elements of communication aligned to the partners you work with.
Responsibilities
- Guiding strategy, planning, priority setting, and process for evolving technology alliance marketing.
- Developing and executing strategic partner marketing programs aligned with the technology alliances strategy.
- Building a scalable execution model to enable partners to promote their partnership and offering.
- Establishing a communication strategy and plan in collaboration with global comms teams.
- Building and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders (key Technology Alliance partners) and internal stakeholders (Dynatrace Technology Alliance Team).
- Creating and delivering partner-facing marketing materials and assets.
- Setting goals and tracking/measuring the performance of Technology Alliance partner marketing programs and initiatives.
- Working closely with global and regional marketing teams to amplify partner presence.
- Managing the partner marketing budget to align with strategic priorities and drive results.

- 5+ years of experience in partner marketing at enterprise technology companies.

- Strong understanding of go-to-market strategies.

- Ability to build and manage relationships with key partners.
- Proficiency in collaborating with cross-functional teams to advance the Technology Alliances plan.
- Travel may be required (up to 10%).
- This can be a remote position.

Compensation And Rewards
The targeted base pay range for this role is $116K to $145K. Salary determination considers skills, experience, education, work location, and internal equity.
