Overview
Dynasty Financial Partners, LLC is seeking a Technology & Operations Specialist to educate financial advisors on operating their business using core technology solutions. This role supports a Network Partner office and requires experience in a Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Train advisors and teams to optimize workflows using Dynasty technology.
- Serve as the central point of contact for client support regarding Dynasty operations and technology stack.
- Communicate updates, feedback, and process changes across 7 office locations.
- Troubleshoot operational issues and manage system integrations including Fidelity, Black Diamond, and Salesforce.
- Collaborate with internal teams on CRM workflows, reporting, and performance monitoring.
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in financial operations or similar roles.
- Proficiency in technology training and client support.
- Working knowledge of Fidelity Wealthscape, Black Diamond, Salesforce, and related tools.
- Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Located in Nashville, TN with willingness to travel to partner offices.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Wealth Management as CSA or in operations.
- Background in RIA operations and working with custodians.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
