Overview

Dynasty Financial Partners, LLC is seeking a Technology & Operations Specialist to educate financial advisors on operating their business using core technology solutions. This role supports a Network Partner office and requires experience in a Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Train advisors and teams to optimize workflows using Dynasty technology.
  • Serve as the central point of contact for client support regarding Dynasty operations and technology stack.
  • Communicate updates, feedback, and process changes across 7 office locations.
  • Troubleshoot operational issues and manage system integrations including Fidelity, Black Diamond, and Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with internal teams on CRM workflows, reporting, and performance monitoring.

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in financial operations or similar roles.
  • Proficiency in technology training and client support.
  • Working knowledge of Fidelity Wealthscape, Black Diamond, Salesforce, and related tools.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Located in Nashville, TN with willingness to travel to partner offices.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Wealth Management as CSA or in operations.
  • Background in RIA operations and working with custodians.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
