Role Overview
As a Business Development Representative, you will energize our pipeline, follow up on marketing campaigns, and impact the company’s bottom line. You will engage with marketing-sourced leads, perform prospecting activities and qualify opportunities while working in a supportive, agile team environment.
- Establish contact and build relationships with leads.
- Prospect, research, and perform needs analysis.
- Transition viable sales opportunities to Sales Representatives.
- Cover assigned territory to boost sales funnel.
- Utilize cold calls, emails, and social outreach for prospecting.
- Meet and exceed performance goals.
What You Bring
A university degree, strong communication, a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and preferably some sales experience or exposure to the financial industry.
